nice air conditioning beautiful lobby fun rooftop restaurant
My prestige king room offered great air conditioning. i liked the beautiful lobby bar. It had a fun atmosphere. the rooftop restaurant gave some nice views.
the hotel's location, while central, meant some street noise occasionally filtered into the room.

subpar concierge unacceptable housekeeping
The location proved acceptable. It was close to EVERYTHING.
I found the lack OF attention to detail quite disconcerting. furthermore the concierge services were notably subpar. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and initiative in assisting with arrangements. this level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of THIS caliber.
